Alexander Massuet, Second Baritone

Alexander Massuet is a sophomore studying Music Education at Mason Gross School of the Arts and is pursuing a minor in Music Technology. He plays euphonium and trombone in multiple ensembles at Rutgers including the Rutgers Wind Ensemble, Tuba Euphonium Ensemble, and Trombone Choir. Alex is also on the executive board of the Rutgers University Brass Band as Secretary of Public Relations, and plays principal euphonium with the group. He has worked closely with the Gramercy Brass Orchestra as a faculty assistant at their annual Gramercy Brass Band Camp, promoting learning and musical growth in young musicians ranging from beginner to advanced. In his spare time, Alex enjoys baking and volunteering at his local library.
