Bonnie Callahan, Solo Cornet

 

Bonnie Callahan (she/her) is a musician, writer, administrator, and creative strategist passionate about using her skills to make impactful change in her community. She is currently the Development Coordinator of the Philly Pops, Development Director of the East Brunswick Symphony Orchestra, Grant and Copy Writer for INFLUENTIAL WRITINGS by Heather Macaulay, and a development consultant for many other arts, education, and social service organizations throughout the United States. Committed to giving back and serving her profession, Bonnie is also the Social Media Manager of the Princeton Brass Band and editor of the International Trumpet Guild Journal's Product and App Reviews column. An active freelance musician, Bonnie also regularly performs with the East Brunswick Symphony Orchestra, Princeton Brass Band, Coda Brass Quintet, and with other groups and ensembles in a variety of genres and settings throughout the Northeastern U.S. Bonnie holds a Master of Music in Trumpet Performance from West Chester University and bachelor’s degrees in Music Education and Trumpet Performance with a minor in International Studies from Rowan University.
