Joe Marta, Third Cornet

Joe Marta is a multi-instrumentalist and composer focusing on band and chamber music. His music has been performed by groups such as the Mana Quartet, The Rutgers Symphony Orchestra, and the Hanover Wind Symphony. He has toured the world playing sousaphone with the Rutgers Marching Scarlet Knights, travelled the country on cornet with the Princeton Brass Band, and performed professionally on trumpet with the American Theater Group. Joe currently teaches the Roselle Marching Band and works with Instrumental Opportunity Foundation, helping bring music to New Brunswick Middle School. He has played cornet with the Princeton Brass Band since 2022.
